A breathless post partum Rachida calls to tell Lord Patel that all is well with her and her daughter and is she is off back to work.

Struggling a little with the Manolo Blahnik's we sent as a small puorboire , to cheer her up, she tripped off to work ( and frankly she tells us ) to make sure she didn't find anyone in her chair who had been slipped in during her absence.

NOTE : Judging by the pics those sling backs are a couple of sizes too big, better get them replaced. Never was good says Lord Patel, bra , shoe and dress sizes ... women seem to think it is so important to get them right.

PPS She calls back to say that the little girl needs a brother or sister - she could get to like this being a mum.
